The Challenge
As a somatic coach and nervous system educator, Jill Marie Howell needed a digital space that felt safe, calming, and deeply aligned with wellness values. The site had to host podcast episodes, explain somatic coaching models, and drive membership signs-ups. Old platforms felt cold or loaded sluggishly, failing to provide the premium, welcoming experience needed for sensitive wellness offerings.
The Solution
Howell Solutions designed a custom layout with soft rose colors and calming typography to reflect a somatic healing philosophy. We developed a lightweight podcast grid that pulls audio assets without slowing down page load times.
The layout is built entirely on Astro components, minimizing runtime JavaScript, and ensuring seamless navigation. Interactive elements, such as booking dialogs and navigation menus, are styled using CSS transitions for maximum response rates.
